FAQS
WILL MY INSURANCE COVER MY VISIT?
If you want to know how your insurance will cover your visit we can help. When you set up your first appointment provide your insurance information and our office will find out the details of your dental coverage. Most dental insurance pays 100% for your diagnostic and preventative visits and that is if the office is in or even out of network. But some dental insurance does require the patient to use an in-network provider in order to pay for the visit. We will find out before your appointment.
DO YOU OFFER FINANCING OPTIONS?
If the costs of your dental restorations are difficult to fit into your budget let us know and we should be able to find a solution. Most of the time putting off dental treatment will result in greater trouble and possibly higher costs to restore. We would like to find a way to meet your health needs. A popular option is CareCredit. Ask about it if you think you will need help paying for your dental needs.
CAN I GET A SAME-DAY APPOINTMENT?
The best way to get seen as soon as possible is to call 978-927-2670 any time and at least leave a message. The schedule is dynamic and will change. If you are having a dental emergency we will try to find a way to get you seen either in our office or one of the specialists we use for referrals.
